zSMB is Zivoe's onchain wrapper for senior asset-backed notes on short-duration US merchant receivables, bought from specialty-finance originators through dedicated US SPVs with 15–30% overcollateralisation. The vault runs on Centrifuge across Ethereum, Monad and Pharos, with NAV reported daily and attested weekly by NAV Consulting.
